Mybeautyonline.com.au offers a comprehensive array of products for all of your needs. $55 and below shipping fee $15.99; FREE Shipping is available within Australia on all orders $55 and above.

  1. Do you ship to an international address?


Currently, we are only offering shipping within Australia. However, we can arrange an order to be shipped overseas, please contact our team for more information.

  1. How are the items being delivered?


All orders shipped using Shipping come with a tracking number or code supplied by the selected courier, such as Australia Post, FedEx or DHL.

  1. Can I use my own delivery service?


No, we only use our nominated carriers for delivery

  1. Can I modify an order?

If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to the Platform and/or you need to amend your order, please contact the customer team immediately. We will try our best to process your request.

Orders will NOT be able to amend after dispatched.

  1. Can I cancel an order?

 

Yes, you can cancel at any point before it’s dispatched from our warehouse. Once your orders send out, we will not be able to cancel.

 

  1. How long does it take to ship to my address?

 

Delivery time counted after buyers' payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched. Please be aware that there might be a delay for your orders to deliveries during Australian Public Holidays or during peak sale periods. Usually, it may take up to 2 – 14 business days of delays.

 

  1. General estimated delivery time frames are as follow:

    For VIC, NSW customers, in approximately 1-5 working days; For SA, ACT, QLD, NT, WA, and TAS customers, in approximately 2 - 8 working days.

 

  1. When will the item be dispatched?

 

Most items will be prepared and dispatched within 48 working hours, including inspection and packing after full payment is received.

 

  1. Can I come to your warehouse to pay and pick up the item?
     

Pick up option is not available and payment option is via PayPal only.
 

  1. Where can I find the delivery information?

 

Tracking information will be emailed to you. Alternatively, you can view it in the "Shipped" tab on the "Orders History" page.


11. What do I do if I need to change the delivery address?

 

You can change the delivery address only before the products are dispatched from My Beauty Online warehouse. Once the item is dispatched, we will not be able to change it. You can edit the shipping address if the orders are not submitted under "Not Submitted" tab on "Orders History" page. If the order is submitted, please contact info@mybeautyonline.com.au to change the shipping address before the products are dispatched.

 

  1. What do I do if I provided the wrong delivery address?

 

The client must ensure that the correct delivery address detail is entered during checkout. Mybeautyonline.com.au is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense if you enter the wrong address. For parcels that are undeliverable and returned to us, a re-dispatch fee will be charged for the parcel to be resent. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are non-refundable.

 

Once unclaimed items have arrived back to Mybeautyonline.com.au, the client will be contacted and the order will be held for a total of seven business days. Please be aware that normal processing and dispatch time will re-occur. The client will receive a confirmation email once the order has been shipped. If the client does not respond within these 7 business days, the order will be cancelled automatically and the cost of the original invoice will be reimbursed in the form of Mybeautyonline.com.au store credit. Freight charges paid for the wrong dispatch will be charged and non-refundable.

 

  1. Do you give the facility of Transit Insurance?

 

We provide complete insurance to your product until it reaches to your registered shipping address.

 

  1.  What will be the results if my order is damaged or lost in transit?

 

If such events, please allow us 5 working days to organise a replacement and/or to proceed on a full refund to our customers.

 

  1. Will there be any hidden costs?

 

No, there are no hidden costs at all. The total price that is mentioned in the checkout list will be the final price.

 

International Orders 

Postage And Delivery for International Orders:

International delivery cost varies. Delivery cost can be determined by using the Postage Calculator. Please contact us at info@mybeautyonline.com.au.

 

Customs and Import Charges:

Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information. 

Delivery time does not include the time parcels may spend in the destination country’s customs service. All international orders may require a signature on delivery.
