My Beauty Online offers a money back guarantee on the authenticity of every product we sell.

Warranty applies to items that are broken on arrival or appear not to be functioning on initial usage The following terms and conditions apply to DOA warranty.

Warranty Claims for Faulty or Damaged in Transit Products:

ALL Claims need to be sent to us via email. To prevent unnecessary claim delays, please included this information in the initial claim email:

-Order Number

-Send an email including Images/Video clearly showing fault (if applicable). Also, provide a brief explanation of the fault and what the customer would prefer in the way of compensation or replacement product.

-Images/Video clearly showing goods in the original packaging (Please note: All images and videos must be attached to emails at an appropriate size, we are not able to make a clear assessment of image thumbnails.)

-Please do not dispose of items before contacting us. We may ask for items back to be inspected. We will not provide credit/refund in cases where goods have been disposed of before submitting a claim to us.

  • We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis. We will advise on whether we will send replacement, offer a full or partial refund, or replace the product.
  • Please do not return the product to us unless instructed to do so. If we need the product returned, we will provide a return label. Any postage cost incurred by the customer for return postage will not be refunded if a return label has been provided.


Delivery Delays:

For any delivery delays please note that we always need to lodge an enquiry with our courier partner for investigation which can take up to 5 working days. If there is no update in 5 working days, we will provide a resolution inform of a replacement or a refund. For delivery time frame please visit the link Shipping.

Please note: Sometimes, due to ongoing seasonal public holidays being placed in different states and natural disasters from time to time, delivery time frames can be affected and your patience in these cases is appreciated.


Change of Mind (COM):

  • Item included free gift (if applicable) must be in its original purchase condition - packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
  • We only accept change of mind within 14 days after the item is delivered. 
  • Please do not return the product to us without our prior consultation. Else, credit will not be given.
  • If the return label provided to you, we will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage and return postage.
  • If the return label NOT provided to you, we will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage.
  • If the customers change their mind before the item is received and require the action of Return to Sender, we will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage.
  • All items that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information will be treated as Change of Mind returns including items Returned to Sender due to being unclaimed, we will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage.


Return to Sender (RTS):

If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, a cost of RTS (if applicable) and re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.

Returns Process

In order to be eligible for the money back guarantee or change of mind returns we must be notified within 14 days.

1.Please submit your return request form and include the following details in your enquiry:
- Order Number,
- Name of the Item, and
- Reason for return

  1. Once submitted our customer care team will be in touch within 24-48 hours with further details. Once we review and approve, please return the good.
  2. If you are posting the goods back to us, please make sure the product is well-packaging when you return, we are unable to process a refund if any returned goods are damaged in transit.
  3. Please use the correct return address, listed below, depending on the return type. We recommend using registered post as we do not take responsibility for lost, unregistered returns.

  1. After received the return items, we will assess the conditions and proceed the refund within 48 hours. The refund will make to your credit card or PayPal which follow your original payment to us before.


  •  In the event of a recall, we will advise of the procedure.
